The Mathematics Major
The major in mathematics consists of at least eleven
courses and a senior capstone experience.
In addition to the entire calculus sequence,
each major must take
at least two of the four theory courses listed
below. (Students intending to pursue
graduate work should take all four theory courses.)

The Mathematics Minor
The minor in mathematics consists of MAT 201, 202,
203, and any four other courses that count for
the major; however, at least one must be a theory course from the
following: MAT 311, 312, 322, or 325.
